Refund

I’ve been waiting for my refund for long now. They told me it will only take 7 days to reflect but I’m still waiting . I keep submitting papers every week but nothing is done. I find it unfair cause when you owe school fees they always on your neck but they can’t keep the same energy when refund needs to be paid. I want to use the money for serious things but I can’t cause they keep on going back and forth. I hate this so much. Giving them one star should be crazy. They deserve zero star.
