I ordered 250 custom fragrance sachet envelopes from Action Print for the launch of my luxury fragrance brand. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The quoted turnaround time was 7–10 business days, however my order took well over a month to complete. While I appreciate that production delays can occur, my biggest concern was the complete lack of proactive communication. Throughout the process I repeatedly had to follow up via WhatsApp and email just to obtain updates. The reasons for the delays were only provided after I escalated my concerns and expressed my frustration, rather than being communicated when the delays first became apparent. During the production process I was advised that this type of product was new to Action Print and that they were still working through the production process. Had this been communicated before my order was accepted and payment made, I would have chosen a supplier with experience in producing fragrance sachet packaging, as my launch timeline was critical. I also shared reference images via WhatsApp showing the type of fragrance sachet packaging I was looking to achieve. While I approved the artwork and dimensions provided, I repeatedly communicated my requirement for an A5 presentation and reasonably expected professional guidance if my expectations differed from the proposed construction. Instead, I received a folded glossy paper envelope that did not reflect the style of packaging I had communicated or expected for a premium luxury product. When the order was finally delivered, I raised concerns regarding the print quality, visible print inconsistencies, the final presentation of the envelopes and their overall suitability for my intended application. Action Print arranged for the products to be collected for inspection, which I appreciated. However, after collecting the products, more than a week passed without any communication whatsoever. Once again, I had to follow up myself before receiving any feedback. It was only after I requested an update that I was informed Action Print would not accept liability. What disappointed me most was not simply the final product, but the complete lack of accountability for the overall customer experience. Throughout the project, the communication was consistently reactive rather than proactive. At every stage I found myself chasing updates instead of being kept informed. Even during the complaint process, I was left waiting for over a week after the products had been collected before receiving any response. I also found it disappointing that the final response focused primarily on defending the product and shifting responsibility to the customer, despite the fact that this was acknowledged as a new product for the company during production. My concerns regarding the print quality and the overall customer experience were never meaningfully addressed. As a fellow business owner, I understand that mistakes, delays and unforeseen production challenges happen. What customers expect in those situations is honest communication, professional guidance, accountability and a genuine commitment to resolving concerns. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I have since sourced an alternative solution and have successfully produced my own packaging on cardstock to continue my product launch. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Action Print ever.

Absolutely appalling experience with Action Print. After paying upfront, I waited an entire month for my business cards to be printed, only to be met with a string of excuses and complete radio silence. No communication, no updates, just empty promises. The lack of professionalism and reliability is staggering. To make matters worse, this delay cost me a major client, who canceled the job due to my inability to deliver. 50 potential cards per 200 agents would have been distributed if they had done their job. This was supposed to be a trial run, but it's been a complete disaster. I'm left to refund my client and face the embarrassment of explaining the situation. Needless to say, I'll never be using Action Print again for any printing needs. Zero stars, would not recommend. Bronwyn Altrd Applications
