account in arrears !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had cancelled my contract prior to the contract ending which was feb 2016/jan 2017 However I have received an sms 2 years later to make a payment of R 410 as my account is in arrears!! What ****en account when clearly I had cancelled the the contract , further more I had even went to the gym as this is terrible ,

Can I get a refund for the months that I have not used the service ?
