Action Plumbing CC - **********

Appointed the supplier to perform various plumbing renovation's. Supplier did not disclose he is based in Cape Town and that he was sub-contracting the job to a 3rd party. 3rd Party attempted to install a 2nd hand geyser, whilst we were billed for a brand new geyser - raised the issue with Mark Botha - so he appoints a new 3rd party contractor to complete the work. I agree with Mark Botha that I will be appointing an independent supplier to inspect the work performed, Mark Botha agrees to the inspection and to split the cost for this inspection. I pay the independent supplier to perform the inspection, receive the inspection report submit the report and the invoice for half the costs - Mark Botha ignores me. Approached the Small Claims court, summons issued - Mark Botha ignores the summons! Wandi Botha e-mails me,, she will deposit what's owed to me - inspection report and remedial costs, still waiting for the deposit! Mark and Wandi Botha are ********** with no morals!
