Poor service

Poor service received from took my car for small repair on right door and spray car was kept for 3weeks yet when received notification that repair was done when went in had to wait for hours and promised to wash car after repair they didn’t , we I collected the carI could smell the paint, already the paint is reacting side they fixing is also not done well they just messed everything from better to worse .what pains is the fact that I paid for the services it was not free.please treat customers fairly we pay for services.
