Deposit refund

I have been waiting for my deposit refund from Action nation for a month and half. I spoke to Carol and promised that she’ll check and update me. And even sent her the email, but no communication I have received from them at all regarding my enquiry. I sent emails and no response and when I speak to the agents they don’t respond until the system kicks you out. I’m very disappointed about Action Nation on poor communication, especially not keeping the customer updated.
