Promises not met

<p>When I referred someone to Ford Krugersdorp i was promised a spot bonus. After numerous calls and queries the spot bonus has still not been paid. The excuse was that the query is with the manager everytime and no feedback at all after that. I feel that if a promise was made it should be kept. And the kind of service received here is not on. </p>
