Never buy a Ford Transit

I purchased a new Ford Transit in January 2018. Ford installed a towbar before I received the vehicle. In December 2018 the plug point was damaged due to the way it was installed. It was confirmed by Ford (in George). I had to replaced it at my own cost and had to pay for an extra night accommodation due to the caravan lights didn't work. I spoke to Wayne who confirmed that Ford will reimburse me. Up to now and several phone calls to the branch manager as well as Wayne, this problem is still not solved. It is as if they have no concerned about offering any client service. I have bought several Ford Transit motor vehicles from this branch, but will never buy another Ford due to this bad client service.
