Very bad service from action gearbox

I have had and still have a really bad experience with action gearbox it started with my E36 when I took it for a new clutch only to find out the put my old parts back, the taking my brother's car to them at the same time for auto clutch slipping after reconing the auto clutch it lasted for 2 days starting to slip again in gear took it back now almost 4 months later we still did not get the car back and every time I go there it's a diverant story been trying to get someone to phone me back but the receptionest just tells me that someone will phone me back I have never in my life had such bad service and up to today I am still waiting for feedback on the car what do who can help me
