Unprofessional Service by Action Gearbox

I took my car to action gearbox (16 jasper street in robertsham) to replace water tank and thermostat the service there is very poor pathetic and unprofessional. No update from them I had to call every day, worse part when I collected my car no handover was done, my car keys were broken , a week after I collected my car I had a problem with the water tank again.....I complained in writing however the ****** manager acknowledged my email by calling and using sarcastic words worse part she dropped the phone on my ear......I suspect old parts were used not new ones... This company is on the database for first for women and they are also not responding to my complain...
