Bad/worst/pathetic/horrible service ever

This has to be the worst, horrible, pathetic service ever received. I took in my car on the 9th of October for replacement of a part and they had noted its a "3 hour job", a month later my car is still with them. Receptionists are far the worst as they keep on promising they'll call and they never do. Am lost for words, but what I can tell you now is that Action gearbox in Robertsham (12 Jasper Street, Robertsham, 2091) to be exact is the worst dealership ever. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM COS U'LL REGRET IT
