Broken delivery promises

I contacted Action Gear to ask if they could deliver a flash light within 4 days (as I was flying to the bush and needed this assurance). I was promised delivery without the required time (Thursday). BybSaturday, no delivery. I called and was promised action. Radio silence. No follow up. Nothing. Very disappointed in what they claim to be an award winning service. Unlikely to ever use Action Gear again!
