Best ecommerce shopping experience in SA!

I'm an avid online shopper and have had my share of good and bad experiences with various ecommerce companies within South Africa... so when I tell you that Action Gear impressed me beyond belief it comes from a place of loads of experience. These guys and gals are on the ball! From my first chat with a sales rep via their online website chat box, to phoning for more advice a few days later, to placing my order smoothly and then to receiving my order the very next morning before 9am by a smiling courier chap. This ticks every box that there is to tick and I want to congratulate them on doing what all ecommerce companies ought to be doing, and doing it well! <br> I later saw on their website that they won the 2015 award for best customer service in ecommerce - now I know why. I'll certainly shop with them again and again and I can recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable online shop. 5 out of 5.
