Action Auto - ***** and *******

My Ford AC Cobra was taken to Action Auto last year February'18 for a full mechanical rebuild, they had my car for 18 months, I picked it up last year December'18 where it broke down and had to be towed back to them with almost nothing working on the vehicle, my wife said that they should be afforded the opportunity to rectify. In Total I spend in the region of R68 000, they ripped me off on a new windscreen which they charged me R12 000 for and R2500 to fit, later I learned that market price was app R4600 supply and fit, they charged me the difference on recondition Brake booster, brakes, suspension front and back, speedo cable, handbrake, side shafts, steering Rack, wiring etc, the list goes on, when I picked up my vehicle 1 month ago it again broke down, overheated, the vehicle cant be driven as its all over the road, I took it to a specialized who does modified cars and he has stripped and shown me that they have done basically nothing on my vehicle, they actually painted black paint over my steering rack rubbers so that it looks like it was reconditioned however the steering rack is bent, all 6 shocks are finished, front springs have collapsed, only the front suspension rubbers were replaced and are incorrect, they are so tight that the are hindering control arm movement, the Gear box needs to be overhauled, the diff needs to be done as well, the electrics were left hanging over my exhaust and burnt and its a birds nest behind the dash and hanging below the dash, dash bolts fell out while I was driving, centre console fell behind the dash as they forgot to tighten, needs to go to another auto electrician, wrong thermostat fitted to Radiator and burnt out, they placed large bulbs behind my Smith Instrument cluster and bent the instrument panel on the rev counter, bolts missing from front suspension, bolts stripped back and front suspension, mounted engine oil cooler directly onto the fiberglass panel, cable tied the gearbox oil coolers to the radiator, did not tighten my steering wheel that it came loos while I was driving, forgot to fit the sunvisors to the new windscreen, forgot to service the vehicle, however they did say that they cleaned my spark plugs, the list goes on and on, seldom rep**** to my emails, on 2 separate occasions app 5 months apart they used the same excuse that the office ceiling collapsed in and that's why they could not answer my emails, James and Emma, absolute ***** and *******, my vehicle has now gone in to have everything except the Brake calipers redone, everything plus, what a bunch of ***** and *******. I cannot believe that you actually get people like this.
