Worst service. Do not use them.

Their service is really really poor.

I paid them on the 21st of October to make an appointment for my husband to renew his driver's license. I still haven't received an appointment after a month and a half. They don't give you ANY updates of what's going on. I need to whatsapp them every week to ask them. I paid them R620 to make the appointment and to collect the card when it's ready. I am going to report them. I think they are ******** taking your money and not delivering the service as promised.

I really don't recommend them at all. I told them that I want a refund if I don't receive the appointment this week. And I can assure you they will not give me a refund. Times after the lockdown is hard and paying for a services and not receiving them is really unacceptable.
