I paid them early in May to assist with online booking for a license renewal. Very responsve until they receive payment. Then no communication at all. I followed up mid May, and they said still no appointments available. I followed up again mid June, and they told me if I pay more I can get an appointment within a week. I told them there's no way and requested a refund. No communication again. I followed up again today and now she tells me if i am happy to go to any station within JHB I can get an appointment. So in three months they couldn't contact me to say there are appointments available at the following places if I am happy to go there. Instead only try to get more money. And now that I am asking for a refund she blocked me and puts down the phone in my ear.
