Actiff online booking

I experienced exactly the same.I paid for 3 people (R170 pp)in the beginning of Oct 2020 and we are in mid Nov 2020 and I am still waiting.Santa said it takes 10days.Very unprofessional and I will take this matter further.STAY AWAY!!!! There was excuses the hole time and I had to follow up daily. I managed to make all 3 online bookings myself. I requested a refund and she said they don't allow it due to admin work done on our files. I asked what documents because I didn't receive any and then only did she send it.LUCKILY DO I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE TO SHOW THE POLICE.
