ACT Logistics

A parcel was supposed to be delivered to me EXPRESS from Cape Town to Knysna. The courier's website states that the patcel was ready to leave Cape Town on 5 September 2018. It is 13 September and still not delivered. Phoning them is in vain. Will call me back but does not happen.
