Can't connect to acssb.bankserv.co.za

I have repeatedly received an error message from this site while trying to do an online payment. I have made many online payments in the past so I do not think that I am doing anything to cause the problem. With each attempt I made today I get the error message "the connection has timed out" and this has been over a time frame of some 3 hours.
