Years of complaints results in nothing

<p>When arriving at the domestic departures hall, the very first board indicating the luggage belts has almost no contrast at all. It is difficult for someone with normal vision to read, nevermind my aunt who has bad eyesight and avoids flying to JNB just because she cannot see and doesn't know where to pick up her luggage.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have literally complained about 20 times about this over the past few years on Twitter, using the handles @goliontus and ********** <p> </p> <p>It is pathethic that they cannot replace this board with one that is clearer. They can use my Airport Tax to do it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p>
