Worse service ever

<p>I missed an important event in my life because of their planes being impounded. They made us check in our luggage knowing not one of their planes left the airport that day. (30th April 2016). Since that day not one apology and I am still waiting on my refund. Almost 3 months later. When enquiring you are pushed from one person to the next. I can safely say that i will never make use of their services again.</p>
