Wheelchair

I had my grandma of 86 with me at the airport to say ferwell to my brother no one can help me with a wheelchair I ask swissport they told me just buy a ticket and u can get a wheelchair. I think it is unexeptable not to have any wheelchairs availbel for people coming to see off someone.very very bad
