Website not working so complain here

<p>I always try to contact companies first via their social platforms but when they dont work it needs to come here - so CAPE Town international airport voted one of the best african airports - please be advised your website to log complaints does not work - in addition I shouldnt have to phone the call centre to be told you can speak to our IT department - hallo? YOu do that I have phoned in to tell you its not working and you PA system sucks- shouting and tapping on a PA mike - really and you are voted as professional and NO 3??? really???</p>
