Violation of Consumer and Human Rights

According to ACSA Cape Town a holster is a part of a gun and even though I flew from Bloemfontein to Cape Town with the empty holster I was not allowed to return to Bloemfontein with the holster. The security staff wasted so much time figuring out what to do about the holster that I missed my flight. One, Maryna Potgieter, who was supposed to make arrangements for my accommodation etc. (since it was their fault that I missed my flight) refused to speak to me. She could and would not give me evidence that the holster was not allowed on my person or in the cabin. She is inept, rude and very unprofessional. There have been complaints about similar incidents, with specific reference to Maryna Potgieter, and yet she is still employed by ACSA. This suggests that ACSA condone her behavior! I was left stranded at the airport, without my chronic medication, access to accommodation or a meal, because the security staff and management unjustly prohibited me from boarding my flight. The next morning I boarded the plane WITH THE HOLSTER AT MY SIDE!! It seems that the rogue inept staff act on their own whims, with little knowledge of ACSA rules, at the cost of the clients, and ACSA allow it!
