very u;nhappy customer

We delivered our vehicle to a driver at OR Tambo on 22 Sept perfect working order. On our arrival on the 25 Sept, we waited for our vehicle to be delivered, received our vehicle from the driver and started driving out of parking noticed our car was revving very high and then saw car was in low range. Our car came to a standstill on the highway home, phoned the company for assistance they would not assist. i have emailed the company for assistance to fix my car but they are not taking any responsibility, my car engine ceased due to over revving because car was driven in low range, by their driver. do not recommend this company.
