Very poor smelling service

I will never forget this rude arrogant lady named Naledi ngobese at OR Tambo ticked office.. I was rushing to drop off my wife and son at the airport at 5am. When I paid a ticked it was R480 for -about 20min .. I pressed help and spoke with Naledi and explained she just started shouting and everyone was listen cause that machine is loud .. you parked at the wrong parking that is why your thicket is R480 .. I rep**** sorry I did not know that as Or Tambo is huge and I was getting lost .. she went on and on shouting m. someone said I must to their work office down side .. i met her face to face , i greeted because I did not know it was her , she just looked at me and did not reply I said hi I’m greeting she continued ignoring me with a bad attitude. I said sorry I have a problem she started shouting again ..I took her name and surname went to the Or Tambo information desk reported her and asked if I can speak with her manager . I was informand there is no manager available and the acting supervisor is no where is to be found . I was given an email to email the manager.. A whole international Airport with no supervised staff huge disappointment and bad service. I have been lost and parked at wrong parkings in Cape Town this never happened…
