UNPAID PAYMENTS BY ACSA (X2), FOR SERVICES RENDERED AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERIVE PROTOCOLS

I hereby write my experience of late payments by ACSA (AIRPORTS COMPANY SOUTH AFRICA) to Hello Peter for assistance. We have a 12 months contract with ACSA for tralley assistance at the Airport Cape Town,, and since the begining of the contract, we were paid 60 to 90 days. These late payments resulted that a few of our employees to lodge a case to XSP Construction at CCMA, and we lost good staff members who were providing a very good and professional service with our client.. We escalated the matter to ACSA senior management, but to no avail. We also, as the last resort, reported the matter to ACSA hotline, with the hope that it will be resolved. The only thing that we received after lodging all these complaints, was a Notice to Terminate the contract, reason being Termination for Convenience. ACSA is owing us (x2) payments, to the tune of R189,750 respsectively. We sent inboices and reminder, and numerous emails but we never received response, to confirm our payment, except a notice to terminate this contract,and given 60 days notice period, no where in the letter all our payments are mentioned.

We hereby report this matter to your table, and requesting your assistance to resolve the matter as a matter of extreme urgency,. We need 2 payments tomorrow (31 May 2023), and a commitment by Acsa management, how will the 60 days notice payment be paid? We are basing these requests on the basis of their late payment hisotry. This matter was escalated to the level of Executive but till to date we have never received our payments, and no feedacbk has been received till today.
