UNPAID OVERDUE INOICE SINCE 25 APRIL 2024

Our company is Xsp Construction (Contractor). We issued a final Invoice in March 2024, and it was due on 25 April 2924. To our surprise Acsa Senior Management is unable to process our invoice, and is now overdue to 129 days days. We have been referred from pillar to post, and currently they cannot be able to tell us when will this invoice be paid. We seek your intervention, this issues was escalated to their Hotline , but to no avail. The new legislation requires that all suppliers be paid within 39 days from the date of invoice or statement. We have been since April for this invoice to be paid.
