Threatening and verbal abuse

Friday 10/7/2015 at 15:00 the flight from PLZ landed at OR Tambo. Waiting at the luggage carousal for her suitcase, my daughter in law was verbally abused, threatened, and harassed by a black man or women with an identity crisis and a vulgar, obnoxious, stupid white woman with zero intelligence. Where are the security people that are supposed to protect the passengers at domestic arrivals luggage carousal???? Get your act together and do what you are paid to do! <br>
