Think about your customers

We sat on a plane at OR Tambo for 1 hour and 20 min because of bad weather - which is definitely not the airports fault. However, when we are told that we are nr 13 in line to take off (after 50min), my question is \Why did you not give the flight a delayed status and leave us in the airport building where we would at least be comfortable and could get something to eat\". Your convenience when it comes to staying on schedule should not be put above your customers well-being. Sitting on a plane for an extra hour and 20 min, means the Cape Town flight is now 3 hours and 20 min long!!!!!<br> "
