Theft by parking pay point at O R Tambo airport.

On 2 occasions now, when returning from an overseas trip, the parking pay points at O R Tambo Airport withheld the change they owed me when I paid the parking fee. On the first occasion, when returning with a flight from Amsterdam in November 2022, the parking pay point did not return the R 50.00 change it owed me. On the second occasion, when returning from Australia, it did not pay the change of R 12.00. While branding itself as an institution that provides world-class secure infrastructure, its passenger service charge facilities function in an *********** and ********** manner. The service is an embarrassment and guilty of theft.
