Theft at OR Tambo airport

My 79 year old father's luggage was opened - his tablet was ******, his medication spilled, clothes messed up in search for something to ***** - indicating that the ******* had a grand time at OR Tambo, Yes he was not supposed to put his tablet in the luggage but with him on crutches there were a mix-up with which luggage must be booked in. He forgot his cellphone in the security basket when he walked through the beams - the security guard did not bother to call him back or give his cellphone to him. The response from the airport? Not our problem - you can claim from your insurance. We are not even going to look on the so called installed cameras. Passengers or their property are not our concern.
