I flew from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg (ORT) on Mango flight number JE548 last night 17.06.2019. Between booking my luggage (not hand luggage) in at PE and collecting at ORT, a R2500 jacket was removed from my bag.

You should be able to narrow down the staff that dealt with luggage for that flight and ask some questions. This is pathetic - I would expect that some form of enquiry is opened and the staff informed that this is on your radar. if nothing is done this will continue to breed a culture of thievery, there needs to be consequence.

I assume and organization of this magnitude would have CCTV footage to review?

I would appreciate some form of enquiry into this matter.
