Hi All

I was boarding a flight from Cape Town to East London on Thursday 5th November 2020. Just as I was about to go up the stairs into the flight a certain gentleman took my bag. This bag is small enough to fit in the compartment above the seats that is why I was taking it with me. My cologne was on the side pocket of my bag, still new and in its box. I only realized my cologne was missing when I had already left East London airport. I spoke to a flight attendant on the flight back to Cape Town FA147 08/11/2020 and explained this and she directed me to the website. If needs be please check your cameras and look at the person who took my bag because that person needs to return my cologne or FlySaFair & Acsa needs to pay for my cologne please.

I am not looking for an apology, just my cologne as I have paid a lot of money for this item. I have attached an image for you to see. If you want a receipt of the purchase of this item I can provide that for you.

Please DO NOT tell me about travel protection or insurance as this bag is small enough to fit in the compartment about the seats so I didn’t need that.
