Still waiting for refund for long-term parking

For the last few years I used the on-line facility to book for long term parking, as one gets a 50% discount on the parking fee. This worked very well until recently. In Jan 2020 I wanted to book on-line, only to discover that the system was not working! I phoned the ACSA call centre, they confirmed that there was a technical problem, and they have no idea when it will be fixed. I used the parking and was charged the full amount of R1170 for 8 day. On 3 feb I emailed a complaint, ACSA responded, I sent them the receipt and and card details. The consultant promised that I will get the 50% refund within 15 days. It is now end of March, I still have not received the promised refund!
