In regards to O.R. Tambo Parking management

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide sufficient parking space for all your long stay clients.

Now you are closing long stay parking and forcing your clients to park at the short term parkings and analysing your clients by having them pay short term parking over a long period.

This is a money making scheme and you should be ashamed of doing such kind of business.

You are airport company South Africa, you know exactly how many long stay clients you receive and you should make provision for them all by having enough long stay parking, or at least provide some sort of special arrangements from your parking management teams when Long stay is full and someone needs long term parking, but now your parking management team is also completely useless and simply pull up their arms in arrogance and say we don't care to help, you need to pay the short term fees. And this is prior to my trip, right after parking in short term and going to management to ask for some sort of solution and assistance.

I am discussed by this means of pour quality of service and this from airport company South Africa.

I hope you as a company can start doing better and look after your clients!!!
