Staff touting for extra money

Good day

Just to let you know about the behaviour your staff are indulging in to earn some extra cash. I had gone through check in and was looking around for security to go through passport control. A male member of staff saw me looking around, and approached me. I asked him what direction security was in. He asked if I was travelling alone, I stupidly rep**** yes. Instead of pointing which was all that was required, he insisted on escorting me. I couldn’t get rid of him. He took my health form and passport and showed it to security. He took his shoes off, swiped his lanyard, and came through with me. I held out my hand for my passport and boarding pass to be returned, and he WOULD NOT GIVE IT BACK. Finally at passport control I was able to get it off the staff member who checked it. He came through to the shopping area, where he finally let me go after asking for a tip.

What kind of third world operation are you running, where men are allowed to prey on lone women like this? Why are your staff not held to better standards of conduct? Why do I have to listen to endless patronising and out of date PA messages about how excellent you are and how much you care about my well-being? What a joke! And how about putting some toilet paper into your toilets?

The ACSA is an unprofessional disgrace.
