Staff have upped their game

OR Thambo We recently flew out of OR Thambo International airport and I can honestly say that I was impressed with the staff. They were very aware of the Covid restrictions and maintained professionalism with everyone of my family members. There were hand sanitizers everywhere. We handed over our tests and they didn’t make a fuss. We were dreading walking through OR Thambo but we were pleasantly surprised. I only wish there was more staff to make the whole process faster. We stood in queues a lot longer than we had anticipated. But I understand the reasoning for the wait.
