*********** staff at OR Tambo Airport parking

My car was parked at OR Tambo Airport parking. I collected the car on 5 November 2015. To my surprise, my card was billed twice amount of R550 (1100) instead of one transaction of R550. I contacted Airport parking number ***. They said I should contact Dineshri Aboo on *** who is responsible for doing refunds. The number has since been unanswered for 5 days now. I called the Airport parking number again to enquire, they gave me an email address to send my query ( ***). I have not received any response so far. This is just disappointing and disrespect from Airport employees who are not committed to their duties.
