Shocking state of arrival hall and lifts - OR Tambo

I wanted to report how dirty our arrivals area and lifts are - I had chance to fly with Cemair on Monday and used the lift to the right of the exit at the arrivals hall. Not only are the lifts themselves disgustingly dirty, so were the glass panes - this is certainly not how an international airport should look. There was also no visible personnel to report this to. Its a shocking display of disinterest.
