Shocking parking fees at OR TAMBO

I have just arrived from Durban and was completely shocked when paying for parking. For 2 nights and 3 days, R3870!!!! I have never paid this much. The most I have paid is R400, now this. No where on level 2 are the fees printed. The only message is a voice recording announcing free 30 minute drop off. I demand a refund.
