Shocking airport staff service

on Friday,12th October 2018, my mother and I were travelling to JHB for my graduation. the security whom was scanning our bags.... told me he needed to search my handbag... and it was a random check... when I told him that it is against the law to 1st of all.. search a woman or her belongings and 2nd of all he put his hands into my handbag.. throwing everything including my personals out on the table in front of the other people who were boarding....

I was furious, the more I told him that he needs a woman to search my bag, the more he rummaged through my bags. I asked him for a woman to search and he refused point blank... when I asked him what he thought I had in my bag... he went to the supervisor and told her I had a gun?? I mean are you serious??? when I asked for his name he refused to give it to me... luckily enough I looked and took his name down.

after going to his supervisor... she informed him that he was meant to search the man infront of me's bag... not mine.... I am furious....

I expect someone to get back to me so I can give you this disrespectful man's name.
