Rude security and unhelpful staff
Worst ****en experience today. Only passangers allowed by the check in area which is fine. But the rude security guards from Bosasa (in particular a guy by the name Doctor Msithini who was rude, treated me n everyone like a ******** and kept letting certain people in for no reason but not the rest). If its so high security that I had to be asked out why were some people let in. There's no one at the help desks. No one to complain to. The people you end up finding cant possibly have a matric, not even a grade 2. Complete Idiots. Thd people wearing the light blue outfits shoild be fired! The check in lady at kml was rude. Just an all round unpleasant experience. Im so ****en mad! You guys suck!!! All I wanted was to see my cousin off to Amsterdam but instead got this treatment. Sies!!!
Thank you for contacting Airports Company South Africa Customer Care.
We appreciate the feedback on your experience at the Airport, our Security Management team has been made aware of your complaint.
Please note that only passengers that are traveling are allowed to be authorized to go past this barrier. Bosasa staff are to monitor this area allowing passengers, staff with permits and check-in agents in. Signage is placed indicating passengers only.
Staff positioned at this point have been debriefed on conduct, we are also currently busy with the Customer Care refresher training \Serving with Pride\" that all staff members working at the Airport are to attend. A very positive impact is being seen from the training and we trust your next experience at our Airport will be a much better one.
