******* on OR TAMBO

This is the story of a middle day ******* on OR Tambo airport. Time is 12.45pm. I went to leave my mother at the airport for the overseas flight. I parked my car on parking -1 without noticing any signs. (there are about a million signs. For example on the trolley (Spar?...)After I finish with my mother I went to Pay Station to pay my bill and go home. Surprise, the screen says R 360.00(three hundred and sixty rands). Another man come to help me and suggest me to go to the office because to pay this amount for 45 minutes it is ridiculous. I try two more Pay Station, it is the same. I press the help button to speak to the person of charge, after 10 min ringing-no answer. I went to the office (1 km away). The lady was busy with her lunch. I ask her nicely can she help me. The answer is hard (NO. You park in the wrong parking. You must pay.) I start to complain and she starts to fight with me and show me some prints with signs. I want to speak to some manager and her answer is:(They go home.) I give up and say: (This is the *******) She just calls the security....I went to the pay station and want to pay. The signs say credit card and debit card. I put my debit card, and again surprise, this machine doesn't take the debit cards...I don't have a credit card with me, not even enough cash to pay this amount. I go back to the airport, draw money and finally pay. All together cost me R360 and 1 hour walking for nothing. All I want is Refund for my payment of R 350.00 I am willing to pay some penalty for choosing the wrong parking. The amount I have to pay is R10.00
