Ridiculous parking tariffs at O R Tambo

Was I shocked getting to the pay station last night at OR Tambo and where I normally pay R280 for parking the tariffs now all of a sudden has increased to R60/hour resulting in a parking bill of R2100. The website does not have any updated rates for parking. If you don't pay you cannot exit. The excuse I got was "that is the new tariff". Now that people fly less they are trying to make money from parking. How absurd is this.
