Refund

<br> Good day,<br> <br> I hereby sought refund for additional costs charged on ticket reference number 2LYTDU. The initial route was scheduled from Johannesburg on the 12th December to Cape Town returning on the 19th December 2014. Payment for the bookings made at Pick n Pay for the amount of R3784.36 on the 29th August 2014 (see attached receipt) and ticket number *** was issued.<br> <br> On the 24th September 2014, I called the central reservation to change the route to fly direct from Nelspruit to Cape Town same dates and was issued ticket number *** after paying ticket change fee of R958.00 with my credit card, proof of payment to be forwarded if required. The reasons for re-routing was I had to be joined by my family who couldn't secure flights from Johannesburg to Cape Town but from Nelspruit to Cape Town instead on those set dates. On the day of departure I was astounded when I got to the Airport and was informed to pay an additional amount of R3270.26 for the same route as the system could not pick up the confirmation of payment that I had initially made. I had no choice but pay the amount under duress as the flight was going to leave with my family without myself and baby
