Pre Booked Parking

Pre booked parking at Or Tambo is supposed to be there for convience however that is not what I experienced when I was exiting the pre booked Parkade 2.

Upon arrival it was smooth when I arrived back at Or Tambo and need to exit it was a whole new ball game. Get to the boom gate to exit no one was answering when I pressed the help button, I waited there for at least 15 minutes until I drove back to the parking and went to the oarking help desk the ladies that were there so unhelpful and they said I must go back to the gate and press the help button till someone answers mind you at this point I am extremely frustarted went and did the same thing still no one answered on the third time I lost my **** and let the people at the parking desk have it as they did not care. On my third attempt a lady assisted me however it was like an inconvenience for her to do her job,

Please ACSA sort this out as this is a major flaw in the system it took me almost 45 minutes just to exit the airport that is ridiculous,
