Poorly Trained Helpers

A great airport, massive and easy to lose one's way. Clean and a pleasure to meander to **** time while waiting for flights. Allow enough time to find the right boarding gates. Signage needs a bit of attention because I had to catch a connecting flight to Durban when I arrived from Nepal. And with little time left, I was panicking, but one of the helpers in the airport helpers uniform offered to show me where it was. But he demanded lunch money after he walked the 5 minutes of so. He said he was very hungry!!! This is really off putting because he should have told us the way or could have said he needs payment in advance, not force us to pay when we are rushing to catch a flight!!
