Poor sugnage at Cape Town airport

I visited the Cape town international Airport today and parked in Parkade one. After a battle to get my larger car parked and ready to disembark, a person came to my door and informed me that the whole parkade one is”for their client only” and that all other people must park at parkade two. I mentioned that this info should be on notice boards outside which will also make his job easier but he declared that” we are not responsible for signage”!
