Poor management

Visited ORTambo on the 5th October, appro 11h30, wanted to go to drop off. Young metro cops, were rude, abrupt and full of attitude. Not allowing to enter drop off, rather forcing people to go to parking near the hotel. Metro not wearing face mask and claiming to be the military. What the hell is going on at OR Tambo? Seemingly management and the law enforcement has no idea what to do. Entrance to the terminal is bottle necked. The lack of N O sense of urgency and incompetence by OR Tambo management and the cops, is mind blowing.
